Coach Del Harris |
"The end game is to improve the performance of our Life-Teams by cultivating meaningful relationships, which are far more rewarding than rings or trophies!"
The words of Del Harris make us realize that a team is
certainly not comparable to a single machine with replaceable components; it is
a system live, dynamic rules stated and implied, vision, expectations,
emotions.
The spirit of a team affects individuals who are part
of it and plays a key role in how members work together and the results they
produce. In team coaching is not to make individuals better team players, the
team should be considered as an entity, independent of the needs of individual
members.
To do this it is necessary in my opinion that the coach is able to enhance the skills of the team, create a relationship of complete trust.
The goal is
to make our players autonomous and "able to make themselves able".
Working on the autonomy of the team can be explaining what we do and with what
aims in the various stages of the process and "delegating" the leader
who has the courage to exercise it.
In this way,
the team will begin to take on appropriate behavior and how to exercise the
right.
“OnPoint” stimulates great ideas and the way forward to success, individual and team
feeling where is much more rewarding to win rings or trophies!

Thank you
